🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. How much does shipping cost?
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing Time: It takes us 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5-15 business days depending on your location.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
📦 Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
- Quality Issues: If the product is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Driulug will cover the return shipping costs.
- Personal Reasons: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered the processing stage (after 1-3 days), we may not be able to cancel it.

10. Are the products the same as the photos?
Yes! We strive to ensure our product photos accurately represent the items. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
11. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
